Death Cafe Sarasota has Died…
Thank you all for your long time support of Death Cafe Sarasota.
To be clear, there will NOT be a Death Cafe Sarasota on 8/20/2016.
We are moving out of state to Wisconsin, so look for us bringing awareness and joy to many others as we are not abandoning Death Cafe all together.
We are moving on and would gladly pass the sickle to someone ready to step up and bring Death awareness to many more.
Contact us via email if you are interested.

Death Cafe is an open, respectful and friendly atmosphere where people can express their views about death, dying and life. Within a warm, caring and loving environment, we will share thoughts, make friends, and talk about death for a fuller life. Let’s bring it out into the open and share experiences. Death Cafe’ has no agenda, it is a loving space where souls come together for Cake, Coffee, Tea, and a safe and supportive environment to engage in a life affirming conversation.
We follow the Death Cafe guidelines and have no agenda. The conversation always flows as it is supposed to and every Death Cafe is different. Death Cafe is now an established international ‘social franchise’ that has spread quickly across the globe.
Death Cafe is a discussion group about death rather than a grief support or counseling session.
Our Death Café is open to everyone.
Donation to cover expenses and promotion of future death Cafes will be gratefully received and appreciated.
This will be an ongoing monthly event every 3rd Saturday!
*Death Cafe is not a grief support group.
*Death Cafe’ is not a forum for promoting your business or death related services.
It is simply a conversation about death and life.
If you are in the Sarasota area and wish to attend a Death Café, be sure and drop us a line and reserve your seat.
For further information please see the official Death Cafe website.
