Meditation requires the ability to focus the mind upon a given point or object and to hold it there to the exclusion of all else, allowing one to move inward and connect at a deeper spiritual level.

There are many different methods of meditation and all are perfect as long as the result of “quietness and allowing” are achieved. Whenever one allows themselves to be fully in their moment, to be present, can feel the beauty of meditation. I personally enjoy long walking meditations at the beach!

Meditation is beneficial to anyone wanting to learn more about themselves and develop a clearer and deeper sense of being and purpose. It is wonderful for the physical body, and crucial for the well being of the energy body.
